  1. Alrite Joerg, a Scottish cousin here my friend, stumbled on your channel a week ago or so and its brilliant. Your inventions/adaptations are so simply effective, I am definetly going to try and make one of them, the repeating slingbow, looks to be my fav.
Keep up the good work my friend

  10. As a teacher who loves science, your paper dart is a perfect example of hands-on experimentation. You did trial and error testing until you came up with the ideal aerodynamic dart propelled by a slingshot. A hands-on approach like this always cements the concept rather than a paper and pencil approach.

Mr. Sprave...you also create some levity in your videos that show you have a sense of humor. Please keep experimenting and being creative.

  12. This is the first time I've commented here, but that deep red moor hammer is irresistible.
And the whole video reminded me of what I did as a university student with paper, nails, coke bottles and small gas explosions. Of course then I had to explain to a priest why I was pulling nails out of the church college door... but you get that.

  13. Good thing I didn't know about this when I was a kid, my walls would of had even more holes in them.

  14. suggestion, something i played with as a kid, air rifle + earbuds. the small plastic straw with cotton buns on both sides. what you do is peel the cotton from 1 side, add a drop of glue in the hole, and inset a needle with sharp part sticking out. i didnt really work much on it however adding some weight to the plastic might help. what i would do is fill the plastic with something. the cotton works as a fletchings, i had semi accurate results at medium range 6-7 meters. would like to see you take it further. i live in a country where air rifles arent really legal, so its not quite easy to work with these things. i improvised this dart because the air rifle pellets were not readily available.
